For me, yoga is about Self-exploration and realisation, it’s a wild and exciting journey of Self-discovery.   Yoga gives you the tools to understand your true Self, your essential nature of Being as an eternal and divine Soul, while providing practical tools to live a happy, healthy and harmonious life.

As founder of and principal teacher at Simply Being, I offer a heart-centred and personalised approach to teaching Hatha yoga, with a particular focus on mindful movement with the breath. Hatha yoga includes postures (asana), pranayama (breath work), relaxation, meditation and mantra, which together support the creation of abundant energy and sustainable wellbeing.

I have facilitated numerous mindfulness meditation courses, yoga retreats half-day workshops, general classes and private lessons over my 10-years of yoga teaching. As a fully qualified (Advanced Diploma of Yoga Teaching 2006 from Council of Adult Education & The Australian Institute of Yoga) and experienced teacher I continuously update my skills with professional development workshops with local and internationally respected teachers and more than 20 years of my own practice. I look forward to sharing the journey of yoga with you!
